Fuego and CRC family s'más

My room's fireplace, where I had a lovely fire nicely ablaze!

Last night, we got the fires going in my room and the suite in the dorm building for the first time since I've been here. The wind finally died down enough to start fires in the back of the open brick fireplaces WITHOUT dusting the room in black chars and embers and spurting smoke all over the place! 

The Yoder-Holsinger family had us all over to roast marshmallows and we made the best s'mores (a.k.a. s'máses... get it? más=more en español?). Little round "Marias" cookies (better than graham crackers!) with Nutella slathered over them, and the wonderfully, stick-roasted mallows in the middle! Mmm!
